Bharatiya Janata Seva Trust is a non-profit charitable organization committed to promoting inclusive and sustainable development among marginalized, underserved, and vulnerable communities. Founded by Advocate Ashish Pandey, the Trust is registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, with Registration No. 211 in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The organization is fully compliant with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and is registered on the NITI Aayog NGO DARPAN Portal. The Trust has also obtained registration under Sections 12AA and 80G of the Income Tax Act, enabling tax-exempt status for its charitable activities and tax benefits for eligible donors. Through its work in education, healthcare, women and youth empowerment, livelihood promotion, human rights, rural development, environmental sustainability, and social welfare, the Trust strives to create lasting positive change and improve the quality of life of disadvantaged communities.
